When composing your email, enquiring about your tour options, please consider including the following:

Day Tour

  • Your name(s)

  • Any special interest you might like to include in your tour 

  • The date on which you would like to have the Tour

  • How many people will be on the Tour

Residential Tours

  • Your name(s)

  • The Tour Type that you want OR your preferred locations

  • The date you want your Tour to be from-until

  • How many people will be on the tour

  • What kind of accommodation you would  like

BOOKING INFO

Deposit

  • For Residential Tours: On receipt of a 20% deposit, your tour will be confirmed and a detailed daily intinerary will be sent to you including all your accommodations.   

  • For One-Day Tours: No Deposit is required. You pay on the day, £330 cash in GB Pounds only.

Single Supplement

  • There is a Single Supplement charge of 30% for clients taking a Residential Tour on their own or taking single occupancy of a twin/double room.              

                                                                            

Cancellations

  • A refund of 70% of the Full Amount is only given when a written or email cancellation is received by Unique Tours of Britain not less than 2 months before the start date of the tour.​

Insurance

  • Unique Tours of Britain holds appropriate and comprehensive vehicle and passenger insurance. However, clients are advised to take out their own personal insurance.
