Locations visited are Winston Churchill's home Chartwell, Hever Castle (where Henry VIII courted Anne Boleyn), Vita Sackville-West's creation Sissinghurst Castle gardens, Leeds Castle ('The loveliest castle in the world'), Elizabethan Parham House (built in 1577 within a deer park), the stunning 14th century Ightham Mote, Great Dixter Gardens, the beautiful Arts & Crafts house at Standen, Wakehurst Place (known as 'Kew in the country') and moated 13th century Groombridge Place where Keira Knightley filmed 'Pride and Prejudice'.

Accommodation includes: Leeds Castle, Hever Castle and The Mermaid Inn (Rye).
